On 5 May, Notaría De Blas & Lluna had the pleasure of visiting the offices of Fercogestión, one of Spain’s leading mortgage credit intermediaries, to deliver a training session focused on the legal aspects of mortgage transactions.
The talk was given by our legal clerk, Laura Maristany, and was attended by notaries Antonio Díez de Blas and Pablo Lluna Andreu, as well as Sergio Seco, CEO of Fercogestión, together with numerous professionals from the sector.
During the session, key issues related to day-to-day mortgage practice were discussed, creating a valuable space for dialogue that concluded with a Q&A session covering real cases and common situations faced by mortgage brokers in their professional activity.
These types of meetings strengthen collaboration between Real Estate Credit Intermediaries (ICI) and our Notary Office, consolidating a relationship based on trust, continuous training and a shared commitment to providing our clients with the best advice and service.
